Flipt Italian Chaise Lounge or Lounging Chair was designed by Jeff Miller for Baleri Italia and has been manufactured in Italy since 2005. Minimal in design and intuitive in its functionality, Flipt is a multifaceted furniture element that doubles as a chair or converts into a full length chaise lounge by a swift flip forward. When Flipt is open in a form of a chaise lounge configuration, the curve of the seat does not show any visible break, but instead reveals fluidity through a wave-shaped silhouette. Flipt’s inventive design saves space when it is closed and maintains its stylistic qualities when its open by not looking like a folding chair.

Flipt Chaise Lounge has a steel structure with an internal double hinge that allows the seat to flip forward. The seat is made out of CFC-free foamed polyurethane, and the base is available in chrome or stainless steel. Visually, Flipt offers full customization through one or two tone upholsteries, while on the ergonomic side, Flipt Chaise Lounge incorporates a head/neck pillow that further elevates its comfort levels. Flipt can be upholstered in 11 fabric colors and/or in 13 eco leather colors.
